After having nine children in as many years, you might think Rayna and Malcolm Warriner's brood is complete.

But, with one seat spare in the family minibus, the couple feel they still have a gap to fill.

Less than a month after giving birth to their newest addition, Mrs Warriner is already broody for a tenth baby. ( [0 j( k3 C: _8 |! R

In March 2005, Rayna had triplet girls Ilish, Romany and Meredith, who are now 23 months. + p% ]! p0 A( b% }* J, u( m3 H

Mrs Warriner is now considered to be at high risk of complications if she becomes pregnant again.

"We are not planning to have another one at the moment but we’ll have to wait and see what comes.

"People think we are mad but the children are our life and bring us so much pleasure.

Mrs Warriner spends her exhausting 17-hour day ferrying her children to various schools and nurseries, doing four loads of washing, shopping, cooking, cleaning and reading countless bedtime stories. 3 o$ p( a' ]& W! Q# d

To accommodate their family, the couple, from Bournemouth, have had an extra-large bath fitted and have extended their six-bedroom detached house.

They struggle to organise even a weekend away as hotels and holiday homes are unable to accommodate so many children.

Mr Warriner, 45, who is applying for promotion to inspector to help support his brood, added: "When we got married ten years ago, Rayna said she’d like four children and I joked that I wanted eight. % E+ r- ]& j5 S: L; Z
