But, with one seat spare in the family minibus, the couple feel they still have a gap to fill.

Less than a month after giving birth to their newest addition, Mrs Warriner is already broody for a tenth baby.

In March 2005, Rayna had triplet girls Ilish, Romany and Meredith, who are now 23 months.

Then on January 27 she gave birth to Avie, weighing 7lb 11oz, at Poole Hospital in Dorset. * E. M- @# v4 ?4 s$ D; y

  w+ j, R/ y4 U+ eShe had a difficult labour this time round, and needed a blood transfusion after problems with the placenta.

"We are not planning to have another one at the moment but we’ll have to wait and see what comes.

Mrs Warriner spends her exhausting 17-hour day ferrying her children to various schools and nurseries, doing four loads of washing, shopping, cooking, cleaning and reading countless bedtime stories.

$ z/ q  ?" a: H' k' JTo accommodate their family, the couple, from Bournemouth, have had an extra-large bath fitted and have extended their six-bedroom detached house. ; C% g+ u8 W' m' d# R; h5 G4 X+ j

They spend £170 a week on their food bill. And as a result of rising bills, they have not been on holiday for three years.

Mr Warriner, 45, who is applying for promotion to inspector to help support his brood, added: "When we got married ten years ago, Rayna said she’d like four children and I joked that I wanted eight.

He added: "We haven’t had a holiday for years or a night out together. We don’t have a social life but I don’t feel I’m missing out."
