No.1 Position Engineer

Report to : GM

Main Tasks:
1. Preparations
-Preparation ofdocuments, status reports, presentations
-Briefeings forGM
-Board meetingpre and post care (documentation, interpretation, minutes)
2. Interpretation
-Back and forthtranslations/interpretations for various meetings and conversation from andinto German
3. ProjectManagement/Organization
-Schedules
-Prep tasks withcustomers, R&D, planning etc.
-Project meetings
-Project tool:“Reifegradspiegel”
-Project:localization of keyparts like cylinder block and cylinder head

Qualifications/Requirements for this Position:
-Chinese: mothertongue
-English: goodspoken and written skills
-German:native-like level
-revelant workingexperience is prefered
-understanding ofthe automotive industry, engineering background
-goodcommuncation skills
-very goodorganizing skills and structural thinking
-high proficiencyin MS Office as well as IT appliances (computer, projector, etc.)
-flexibility andability to work under pressure

Qualification

1. 德国留学,研究生学历,德语流利;
2. 机械制造/机电一体化/汽车工程等相关专业;
3. 极强的沟通,协调能力;
4. 结果导向,result-oriented
5. 极强的抗压能力;

2 Push能力要强,要有宏观的视角,不能太detail-oriented
3 性格趋中偏外向;

不必太咬文嚼字同学,各家公司都会要求有一定的抗压能力。
