Business Partner for People Management

I. Consultant-Counseling & Training (Shenzhen, Guangzhou, Beijing)
Job Descriptions:
        Provide short-term psychological counseling and coaching including phone and face-to-face consultations, case management, monitoring behavioral and emotional states, assessments and assistance
        Conduct talks and training workshops e.g. stress management, team building, change management, and coaching skills
        Give people management consultations to managerial clients
        Assist in sales and marketing work and customer relationship management.
Preferred:
        Master degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work or related disciplines
        2-3 years of relevant experience
        Strong personal competence and professional integrity a must
        Passionate in professional service and helping people to grow
        Flexible to work in changing business environment
        Excellent command of spoken and written English and Mandarin, knowledge of Cantonese would also be good.

II. Business Development Manager(Shenzhen, Guangzhou, Beijing)
Job Descriptions:
        Develop marketing strategies and formulate business plans
        Explore new markets and to increase the sales and market shares
        Review business performance and develop action plan with all responsible accounts on regular basis.
Preferred:
        Bachelor or above degree in Business Administration, International Business, Marketing, Human Resources Management or related disciplines; minimum 3 years’ relevant experience with business development in multinational companies
        Excellent communication and presentation skills as well as strong business acumen, strategic thinking, creative and positive personality; excellent command of spoken and written English and Mandarin
        Energetic, initiative and must be multi-tasking under low supervision.
