Job description:	Based in Dusseldorf, be responsible for WEU Delivery & Service Operation Mgt, to support the operation target can be achieved, and improve the internal operation mgt and make the business operation efficiency.
Responsibilities:	· Key Performance Indicator (KPI) Management: responsible for annual KPI proposal setting and breakdown the annual KPI target to each dept and Country.· Business Mgt: ü Responsible for the annual financial budget and business plan organization, routinely to review and control the progress of business plan execution and finance achievement. ü Construction and management the rules of Delivery & Service business operation and data (Finance and Business) collecting and accounting.ü Taking charge of the WEU Service Cost Baseline and Labor Hours Mgt, to improve the cost mgt and improve the HR efficiency.ü Work with each business dept and support them to push or solve the key operation issue.· Operation Supporting: annual business plan meeting organization and other key issue supporting.
Requirements	1. Educational degree: Bachelor or Above, Related to Telecommunication Technology, Financial & Business Management.2. More than one and half year Business management experience, Abundant professional knowledge and practical experience.3. Good communication ability, orally, and written in English and Chinese.4. Skilful in Excel, Word and PowerPoint operation.5. Excellent interpersonal communication ability, Good learning ability.6. Team player able to work well within a dynamic fast paced environment.7. High level of motivation and commitment.
