Description:
• Work with the global Vice President of Policy to influence European policies that are favorable to the company
• Monitor and analyze the relevant regulatory and legislative activity in Brussels and in major European capitols
• Provide strategic analysis and background for the development of the company’s policy priorities
• Develop and implement strategy for advancing policy goals with European decision makers
• Identify and work with policy allies across Europe that have the potential to form important coalitions
• Briefing the global VP of Policy and other company executives on European policy matters in writing and verbally
• Build strong relationships with government representatives and regulators
• Be the regional point of contact for policy information, including interviews in regional media and speaking opportunities at conferences and seminars
Requirements:
• At least 5 years of experience in regulatory and government affairs, lobbying, policy or legal advocacy
• Strong understanding of European policy making process including the proposal, amendment, and implementation of statutes and regulations governing new technologies and aviation
• Familiarity with aviation regulation in Europe, including EASA and major European civil aviation agencies including France DGAC, Germany LBA, United Kingdom CAA, and others
• Master’s degree or higher in a policy, legal, or governmental field or equivalent
• Strong policy background and ability to quickly understand and analyze policy objectives and to propose solutions
• Strong analytical skills
• Self-driven
• Experienced in working in ambiguous environments and on emerging technologies that pose unprecedented policy issues
• Significant travel anticipated
• Excellent communication and writing skills

Description:
Our client is looking for an Online & Social Media Specialist based in their German office in Frankfurt. This person will oversee all major social media endeavours and will work closely with the global headquarters to define and execute against a specific growth strategy to drive interest and desire.
Campaign Management:
• Work with various stakeholders in delivering campaigns that achieve or overachieve KPIs
• Ensure smooth delivery (launch, during, post) of campaign
• Provide advisory role of campaigns to ensure maximum benefit to the DJI brand
Social Media Strategy/Community Management
• Able to work with marketing team and Brand Experience Manager to craft and refine existing and future Social Media presence
• Seek out influencers across all social media. This includes celebrities and web celebrities

Content Creation
• Able to collate and filter content that is suitable for each social network

Crisis Management

Social Selling

Reporting

The role will be also responsible for media cooperation’s, test sample management and media monitoring.
The successful candidate will be a university graduate with a minimum of 1-year experience in the PR field, ideally with either Consumer electronics or technology sector experience. The candidate has knowledge about CI positioning and ideally marketing experiences. Fluency in English, Polish, Czech or Russian communications are essential.
Responsibilities:
