给Team的一些建议

看了一次站队的训练， 有点想法：
1，一个站队应该有11到12人， 分别5，6人为一线，5－6人为2线， 这样保证训练能有5对5的战书实战， 而不是几个人在跳来跳去；
2，有明确的队长和副队， 队长不一定是枪法奇准的但一定是有大局观的， 最有战术意图和节奏感的
3，一周能大家碰一次头， 就地图研究一下战术， 并制定几种方案， 确定某些暗语，这样比赛方便联系
4，有必要提高一下补位的意识， 平时大家都打pub， 只能凭小地图大致知道交火情况， 比赛中要进一步细致知道谁在那个位置和那个方向交火
5， 加强穿透的练习， 看demo中很多站队凡路过一个穿透点都穿透一次。

尤其是Titans在Dust2做CT的防守突破了欧洲常用的集中防守法， 很nb，值得借鉴！

谢谢这位仁兄的建议，我们会细心考虑的，毕竟建队初期困难多多，某些方面还不是很完善，你所说得东东对我们有帮助，再次感谢！！我们会在以后的日子里努力，达到预期的目标！！^^ 我这个队长只是临时的，等日后大家都磨和熟练了，自然会出来谁能胜任！！！希望大家继续对#Team.4Ev3R支持！！

Very nice suggestions.

Actually this is what I have thought about and discussed with Chris.
My idea is that we can separate to two fxied groups. Every subteam has its own
captain, and own tacticles. The organization should be kept for at least
one or two months before the whole team get reorganized again. Then,
the two teams take at least 3 matches for at least two maps everyweek.
The one(s) who does not get the turn to join the match can setup the hltv
to record demos. If each team can watch and analyze the demos after matches,
that will be perfect. Otherwise, the two captains should spend some time on it.
Since we have training schedule twice a week, so if we still have some time.
We can focus on shooting skill which I think probably most of us really need to
improve.

I can not play with you now, but I am always watching our team's prograss.

Day after tomorrow, when I am back, we can play together again......
