Continental Tires China is now opening for applications to its Global Trainee Program 2015 within Manufacturing & Engineering as well as Human Resources.

The two year Engineering and Manufacturing Trainee Programs at Continental allow you to kick-start your career with a global employer that offers you a challenging role and comprehensive training on the job. You get to take on early responsibility and expand your professional knowledge by working on real-life engineering or manufacturing projects, both at the Chinese home plant in Hefei and abroad.

The HR Trainee Program offers you a unique 18 months working experience in a multicultural business team at Continental Tires in Hefei. You will gain valuable international experience in the field of human resources while completing interesting and challenging projects and tasks. You will have the opportunity to build a personal network and make a big step forward towards a successful career as a HR generalist in a leading automotive company.

Qualifications:
•        University degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical or similar), or Business/HR-related
•        Fluent in English and Mandarin Chinese
•        Relevant internship and project experience, ideally abroad
•        Passion for the automotive industry
•        Responsible and committed team player who enjoys working in a multicultural environment
