But, with one seat spare in the family minibus, the couple feel they still have a gap to fill.

1 g# J3 T& T) z  l# D5 C1 D$ j"I’m hooked on the adrenaline rush I get from having a beautiful baby and it is a miracle that lasts a lifetime," said the former nursery manager, 32.

"We have one more seat to fill in our 12-seater minibus. If my husband said that’s it, we would stop, but we both enjoy having children so much."

Then on January 27 she gave birth to Avie, weighing 7lb 11oz, at Poole Hospital in Dorset.

She had a difficult labour this time round, and needed a blood transfusion after problems with the placenta.

2 H' n  l1 [. M) e% t/ {Mrs Warriner is now considered to be at high risk of complications if she becomes pregnant again.

"When we married we said we’d have six, then my husband joked that we’d have eight to wind my mother up, but we’ve gone beyond a joke now."

) R, f/ a- Q  E0 i7 W; c, R9 O" mMrs Warriner spends her exhausting 17-hour day ferrying her children to various schools and nurseries, doing four loads of washing, shopping, cooking, cleaning and reading countless bedtime stories. ; Z9 F* O/ h8 S, O8 b

They spend £170 a week on their food bill. And as a result of rising bills, they have not been on holiday for three years. / V, f2 y' B) Y0 t2 ^/ ~3 a( C

  @2 e6 u* d7 c0 |! VThey struggle to organise even a weekend away as hotels and holiday homes are unable to accommodate so many children.

He added: "We haven’t had a holiday for years or a night out together. We don’t have a social life but I don’t feel I’m missing out."
