CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE (GERMAN & ENGLISH)

Our client has a rich cultural environment with over 40 nationalities and more than 600 employees. They are here to insure that customers receive personal assistance in their own language at a consistently high level.

Mission

As a Customer Service Representative you are the most important interface between the customer and the company. You insure that customer concerns and queries are dealt with adequately.

Main responsibilities
                                                                          
•Provide general assistance to customers.
•Dealing with queries and requests.

Requirements

•Higher vocational education.
•Very high level in English and German.•
•Good written and verbal skills & advanced negotiation skills.
•Computer literacy.
•Knowledge of European geography.
•Working Permission in the Netherlands.

Working hours
