Our client is a leading mechanical & electricalengineering company with a registered capital of RMB 300 million, specializingin EPC general contracting and BOT business for electrical & mechanicalprojects. As a well known environmental protection solution provider andgeneral contractor for electric power plants in China,the company provides state of the art equipment and cost-effective solutionsand services for the desulphurization and denitrification of flue gas. Mainareas of business include the construction of DeSOx and DeNOx plants for powerplants in EPC turnkey contracting or BOT modes.

Starting in 2007, our client began exploring theinternational market. In December, 2008, the company signed a contract with a Europeanpower plant for an EPC DeSOX project, for which our client is the projectexecutor. The project has been initiated and is scheduled to be completed bythe end of 2011.

DesignManager (m/f)


Responsibilities/Tasks
·
Establish a design team for overseas projects
·
Plan the design of overseas projects and preparedesign plans thereof
·
Execute design work, organize and coordinate internaland external submission of documents, monitor the entire design process, promptlyresolve technical problems in various specialty fields
·
Organize and participate in the design review of eachoverseas project, control design quality, optimize design scheme and approvedesign changes
·
Organize the collection, delivery and filing of designdocuments and technical data

• Coordinate     the resolution of technical problems in aspects of purchase and project     execution, and provide technical support, consultation and services

Education
Bachelors degree orhigher

Expertise

• At least five years of design team management     experience, as the responsible person for power plant management,     desulphurization or chemical projects, with skilled use of PDMS design     tool
• Familiar with flue gas desulphurization system     and process flow, and professional knowledge of thermal     energy/boiler/turbine/chemical or environment engineering
• Highly developed team leadership with strong     management and innovation skills, as well as organization and coordination
• Good occupational ethics

Language Skills

Italian(knowledge) advantageous
