  Rocket hits near U.N. head in Iraq

BAGHDAD, Iraq (CNN) -- U.N. Secretary-General Ban Ki-Moonducked in surprise when an explosion rattled Baghdad's Green Zone onThursday where he was delivering a televised news conference with IraqiPrime Minister Nuri al-Maliki.
Two mortar rounds were fired atthe Green Zone, an Interior Ministry official said. The AssociatedPress reported that small chips of debris fell from the ceiling.
The explosion startled Ban, who swiftly regained his composure as the briefing continued. (Watch the explosion interrupt Moon's comments about security )
"Amortar landed and went off 100 meters away in an open field outside thecompound where the press conference was being held," said U.N.spokeswoman Marie Okabe.
"The press conference continued. They don't know where it came from."
Okabe said Ban was "fine" and would continue as scheduled on the rest of his Middle East visit.
Banarrived in the Iraqi capital Thursday morning on an unannounced visit,his first to the war-torn country since taking office in January.
Hecalled his meeting with al-Maliki "very good" and praised the primeminister's "strong leadership" and said he was considering increasingthe U.N.'s presence in Iraq as the situation in the country improved.
"TheUnited Nations has been actively participating and helping Iraqi peoplethrough various means -- humanitarian, economic, and politicalfacilitation," said Ban.
"However, recently, United Nations activities have been somewhat constrained, largely because of the situation on the ground."
Ban'svisit came as U.S. officials said they had detained two brothers, onewith ties to radical Shiite cleric Muqtada al-Sadr, in connection withthe killings of five American soldiers in Karbala in January. (Full story)
"Overthe past several days, coalition forces in Basra and Hilla capturedQais Khazali, his brother Laith Khazali and several other members ofthe Khazali network," the U.S. military said in a statement.
QaisKhazali had been known to reporters as a spokesman for al-Sadr'spolitical movement, and Reuters news agency reported that Khazali was asenior aide to the anti-American cleric.
Al-Sadr's Mehdi Army, a Shiite militia, is suspected of being involved in Iraq's sectarian violence.
TheU.S. military said the Khazali network is "directly connected" to theJanuary killings in Karbala, the Shiite holy city south of Baghdad.

当联合国秘书长潘基文与伊拉克总理马利基在巴格达举行新闻发布会时，会场外仅仅50米处发生爆炸。发布会现场天花板被震落不少碎片，幸运的是潘基文和马利基没有受伤。

　　据美国媒体报道，这起爆炸发生在距离举行新闻发布会大楼仅仅50米外的地方。目击者看到地面被震出一个直径1米左右的大坑，有两辆车被炸毁。伊拉克安全官员表示，这是一次火箭弹袭击。

　　出席新闻发布会的潘基文在听到爆炸声后，下意识地闪躲了一下，在讲台后蹲下身去。美国有线新闻网报道说：“他（潘基文）看起来被吓了一跳，在讲台后蹲下身去，站起来之后他还左右环顾了一番。

　　爆炸发生时，马利基的保镖冲上前去保护总理，不过马利基回答说“没什么”。几分钟后，一度中断的新闻发布会继续进行，但是这次新闻发布会仅以两个问题便匆匆结束。目前尚不清楚这次爆炸是否针对潘基文。

但是咱们就是突然听到这种声音也不会这种表现，要看他吓了一跳后面的表现^_^。。。。那个表情，太逗乐，差点把俺笑到桌子下面去^_^^_^。。。

呵呵,人家是习以为常了吧!!天天要是都听爆炸声,养成习惯了吧!!新任秘书长还要锻炼锻炼呀!!呵呵
