The room (about 16 mm2, the first floor) is among a house (200m2) which locates in Schultheißstraße 50 53225 Bonn. You can learn more if you search such place through http://maps.google.de. You can walk for 3 minutes to arrive in a platform of 66 train and then arrive in city center in 12 minutes. There are bath room and W. C. in the first floor outside the renting room. The kitchen (about 5mm2) is in the zero floor and there are three person (The owner, a man and the future renter) to use it. There is also a garden (80mm2) and a place to locate the car outside doors. There is a TV cable and the owner has paid the related fee. Guest only needs to pay 230 euro that includes all fees. The owner (Grosskord, an old and kind woman) hopes to find a lady since she will also use the W.C. in the first floor. The other guest (man) lives in the -1 floor and also use the kitchen, however he will use the W.C. in the zero floor. In fact, he is the writer from China and cannot speak in German.
