But, with one seat spare in the family minibus, the couple feel they still have a gap to fill.

"I’m hooked on the adrenaline rush I get from having a beautiful baby and it is a miracle that lasts a lifetime," said the former nursery manager, 32.

Then on January 27 she gave birth to Avie, weighing 7lb 11oz, at Poole Hospital in Dorset. 5 Y# [6 E# Y  b

She had a difficult labour this time round, and needed a blood transfusion after problems with the placenta. $ i0 A% c: ~" R7 u" c

Mrs Warriner spends her exhausting 17-hour day ferrying her children to various schools and nurseries, doing four loads of washing, shopping, cooking, cleaning and reading countless bedtime stories. rs238848.rs.hosteurope.de3 P' h% F3 F/ q- ?% [

They spend £170 a week on their food bill. And as a result of rising bills, they have not been on holiday for three years. * i# V5 F9 Y5 I: K. i

They struggle to organise even a weekend away as hotels and holiday homes are unable to accommodate so many children.

Mr Warriner, 45, who is applying for promotion to inspector to help support his brood, added: "When we got married ten years ago, Rayna said she’d like four children and I joked that I wanted eight. - O4 y: n" o6 {- K; M2 P# w' K

He added: "We haven’t had a holiday for years or a night out together. We don’t have a social life but I don’t feel I’m missing out."
