Abstract
Proteolytic enzymes (E.C. 3.4) constitute a certain kind of important enzyme group, which is widely involved in lots of biological and physiological processes. They are destined to be the stars among the numerous proteins with their gifted catalytic ability and prominent roles in system regulating. On the other hand, just because of those properties, sometimes they are also associated with different diseases and dysfunctions. The research of proteases behaviors in proteome will help us much better understand the fundamental biochemical mechanisms in biological system furthermore understand and try to dissolve physiological puzzlers and problems.
