0 c7 O) n2 B1 M. ]- }3 L9 b3月22日，普利茅斯地方法院向查利发出了一条「反社会行为规则」(ASBO)禁令，并且出于维护公共利益的考虑，一反常态地将这名未成年人的大名公布于众。根据该禁令，未来2年中，查利在没有家长陪伴的情况下，不得擅自外出、夜间出行，不得喝酒和点火，不得宣誓，不得与其它流氓同伙来往，不得向他人和建筑物投掷东西，未经他人同意，不得闯入他人住宅和花园。该禁令同时意味著，一旦查利违反了上述种种规定，员警将有权将其当场逮捕、关禁闭，并且送往司法机关法办。
