I think her English is very good because English it's her daily language in business. Of course Chinese is a little bit convenient for most of us.

German is not the language used daily by Miss Cui.

English and Chinese are no problem.

For the powerpoint, I think could be English.

For the spoken language, we can suggest here and then it's up to the lecturer to choose.
